Azathoth - Irda Caverns
NPK section NE side of caverns
Kill paladin priest for key
go to cpk room with hidden locked north.
CPK staircase to Azathoth.

Cancelling conjuration helps with the bolts. can be duoed.
note door to staircase can be knocked from other side
