Obtain staff and snowflake from kyuss run.
get to new rigel and form up.
have person equip staff and enter house on uldar ave.
a hidden cpk west will appear. go west and wait to be teleported. you will be at a 4 way intersection. the first art is the snowflake you already have. go se through the wall and kill the mobs for the next art...
